Well I bought the software because the one that came with my laptop expired, purchased it and then was gone within a few weeks. I emailed and tried to call the company, but no luck. I went to search it today and that is when I saw this site and lead me to all of the complaints and what have you. I do believe that I was ripped off and these people should be caught now!!!
