I wrote earlier that I had been ripped off by AP9* Connections. I have since been reimbursed by them. Call 1-800-962-4106 and voice your complaint and ask for a supervisor. I was surprised at the promptness of their reimbursement. It took just 2 days to appear as a credit on my credit card account. I found out that they got my credit card from Orbitz. I called Orbitz and they claim that I responded to a pop-up that appeared as I was booking an airline flight.
