Upon seeing the charge on my credit card statement, I called this company on the phone and demanded a credit to my account after telling them that I did not authorize this charge. The person I spoke with said I would see a credit on my account in a few days. I also contacted my credit card people and I am to contact their dispute department if the rip-off company does not make good on their response.
