App Star Financial Dishonest and Theiving Merchant Services Company San Diego, California

Do not use App Star Financial for merchant services. They will have a direct link to your business checking account and fee you over and over again. I started a merchant account with this company in June 2011, and from the start I had major problems. The representative did not tell me about all the fees even when I specifally asked her "is that all the fees?" She said yes that is all. Then to PRESSURE SALE me into signing a contract she got her boss on the phone and he assured me that was all the fee. Low and behold I get a $50 monthly fee the next month and several annual fess that were not discussed at all the the meeting. They are liars! They get your checking account with the merchant account and just take your money! They never ask, They just take, take, take. Then I made a complaint with the BBB to get it resolved and they promised to reduce the annual and monthly fees. They never did all that they said. They lied again just to get the BBB off their backs. Now they have taken another $125 out of me accountr for another fee I did not agree upon. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH App Star!!!!!!
