On 12/6/2012 there was $0.21 taken out of my checking account from Application assi epay ppd from Grand Prairie, Texas.

On 12/13/2012 another $0.21 and $30.00 taken out of my checking account by Application assi epay ppd

This was reported by dr. burt from Grand Prairie, Texas.

I do not know who this company or dr. burt is.

I want $30.42 reimbursed back into my checking account asap
