I sent Apply2Save $1500 in November 2008. They were going to represent me and contact my Mortgage Company (Litton Loans Servicing) to help lower monthly payments and reduce the interest rate. Two weeks ago I received a letter from their attorneys stating Apply2Save just filed bankruptcy. Unbelievable! I don't know what I can do except express what happened to me, will not happen to others. If anyone has information on what I can do to not only get my funds back but also anyone who can help with the loan modification process. My mortgage company keeps putting off the sale date every month. HELP!!!!!!
