A&S Cellular Wireless Selling defective phones and not honoring warranty Seguin Texas

Trying to save money we chose to purchase a phone from the small shop inside our HEB grocery store. We chose a brand new I Phone 6. Knowing it was a model dated but would work. The phone never worked correctly and we took it back to the shop at our first chance. Christmas and flu were making the 30 mile trip difficult My husband works on the road and dependable phones are very important. We were told on several occasions they could fix it for a charge. I do not believe in purchasing an item and pay to fix it?!?! That’s crazy! We asked for our money to be returned or another phone to make this right. We were refused. This forced us to go elsewhere and purchase a working phone
