First day after start of free trial they charged my Visa account and then reversed it.

Second day they charged my Visa card, even though it is a 7 day free trial and a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Very sad practices as the software did very little.

A complete scam. NO phone number, just a fax number?

They know what they are doing.
