ASKNET.com asknet*cybelink shop I purchased Cyberlink Media through asknet.com. Now I can't get a product keycode from either one. I have tried to contact them at 877-873-1459 but the line always goes dead without anyone answering it. I've contacted Cyberlink but got nowhere with them either. Internet

I purchased Cyberlink Media through asknet. I didn't receive a confirmation email # or product key code. I contacted Cyberlink, hey have the order but can not give me the product key code. Cyberlink told me it had to come from asknet, who is a partner with them.  Trying to get through to customer support is virtually impossible. It took me 2 hours to get through to Cyberlink but I haven't been anle to get through to asknet at all. I will never purchase anthing through aknet again and I have contacted my bank to alert/notify me if asknet ever shows up on my account again. Right now I feel both companies have screwed me. Why purchase a product you can't use?
