This "team leader" jon nierengarten lied about every loan program, in one year he never closed a single transaction for my firm,
jon nierengarten was very condescending to clients and abusive to everyone.
He made up reasons to decline deals after he had ordering endless conditions and documents that took weeks for us to perform.
Then he would scream in an emotional outburst, acted like a little high school girlly boy.
jon nierengarten's hyper-maniac personally is much too abrasive for the customer service field.
All of his actions are associated with drug addiction.

Hi "Charles" I'd love to address the specifics of your declined transaction, I've never worked with any Charles. Anyhow, this is a great forum, but regrettably with the internet, anybody can say anything at any time. And this happens to be one of those instances.
I hope you were able to get qualified somewhere. This post is silly and immature, and patently false, BUT that doesn't take away from the service RipOff Report provides, just detracts from the meaningful problems that truly exists with other firms out there, even in the mortgage space.
Luckily for myself, and my 150+ coworkers, we'll continue to work to ensure access to funding for thousands of Americans per year, and while offering attractive rates with great service. Call me any time, 818-877-4240! -Jon
