OFFERED AN ANTI VIRUS SERVICE FOR THREE YEARS.I CHARGED $450.00. I CANCELLED IT WITHIN A WEEK SAYING I DID NOT WANT THE SERVICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND $250.00 OF MY MONEY. THAT WAS THE BEST THEY COULD DO. I HAVE BEEN CONVERSING WITH A GENTLEMAN NAME ALEX SINK. HE ALWAYS ANSWER. SAID THE MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED. FIRST TALKED TO THE ON 08/17/2015. HAVE NOT RECIEVED CREDIT ON MY CHARGE CARD YET.HE KEEPS ON SAYING I AM GETTING THE REFUND.
