Attorney Ben Joltin seemed very professional in his office. Asked me to perform a couple of task to help him with my case, I completed so within 2 days and hand delivered all information to his office. He was to file my motions the following Monday, and did not. After several attempts to reach him he has failed to return my phone calls and respond to my office visits. Attorney Ben Joltin has taken me for $800.00 and is non responsive. To no evaluation I find many of his clients complaints. Do not recommend.
