FILED REPORT AGAINST STORAGE MASTER OF SANTA ROSA FOR ILLEGALLY SELLING ALL MY PROPERTY IN AN ILLEGAL AUCTION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
ATTORNEY GENERAL, SONOMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT, BOTH REFUSED TO ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY PROPERTY RETURNED.
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY DO NOT REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS.
SONOMA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT REFUSED TO GIVE ME A JURY TRIAL AS IS MY US CONSTITUTION RIGHT.

Where you admit you were late, and if you were only "notified" of the auction you would have paid your bill to stop the auction. Again here is the question. If you would have had the money to pay the amount you owed why didn't you do that in the first place?
Obviously the courts didn't feel you had a case. We only have one side and I would bet that you were notified by mail and that is the reason they dismissed your case.
You sound like other people who try and "get around" the system to not pay their bills until the absolute last minute. They then try and put off bills because they still don't want to pay them. Sometimes this works for a while, but then you play this game once to many times and when it finally catches up to you, you claim RipOff.
As for a jury trial..perhaps you should read the 6th Ammendment again. Yes it is your right to a Jury trial, IF you are a DEFENDENT in a CRIMINAL trial. Perhaps as a Constitutional expert you can explain how that applies to being a PLAINTIFF in a CIVIL case.
