Placed order # 1359-2782-6278 on Monday, April 27, 2009 3:27 PM. Inquired as to if the order had been shipped on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 5:50 PM. Received no response. Emailed via website form a complaint about their service on Friday, May 22, 2009 ~ 12:45 AM. Received the following harassing response approximately 10 minutes later:

"Are you the guy who just sent me an email but was too chicken sh*t to leave his email, order number, or full name?

If so, I'd like to respond to your allegations.

If not, I apologize for bothering you
