Aurora IT Ltd Eran Salant Agreement to provide bank instruments and fails to perform Dover Delaware

Mr. Salant signed a trade agreement in July 2016 and his agreement was to provide a bank instrument for trade. He failed multiple times over the next 4 months to deliver a bank instrument for trade.
Although not a legal offense, his actions wasted everyone's time and wrongfully caused credit lines to be issued.
The purpose of this post is to warn any other trade entity, consulting firm, or bank to beware of a non-performing client.
