Chad Spencer, representing "auto lease consultant" promised to better the dealer's advertised promotion for a new car lease.
He quoted a price higher than the baseline provided, I decided to go with the dealer's quote and he still charged my credit card $395.
I have email stating " We can definitely do better than the advertised promotion. I will call you in the morning to discuss.. .". He even told me on the phone that he could beat the dealers by $3000, which he never did. All his quotes were higher than the dealers.
