I ordered some patches from this company and it took about a month to receive an envelope from usps. Enclosed was only 1 of 3 patches I ordered with no invoice or explanation of why it was incomplete.
I emailed the company and got no response. I sent another email saying I was filing a complaint with my credit card company and they finally responded and said the patches were out of stock and should be in within 2 weeks so I decided to keep my order.
Another month went by and I received nothing. I sent another email and got no response. About a week later I threatened to call my credit card company again and they responded. The response was from Shawn and it was very rude and told me he was a high ranking Air Force officer and that I should have read his website (which does not say anything about poor customer service or anything being out of stock).
I responded to his email asking for a refund and included a screenshot of his website where it clearly states the items as "IN STOCK: >5"
These people are rude and provide no customer service or communication. Buy elsewhere.

So the company just refunded me for my entire order and is still going to complete it as the items come into stock...
They are finally making an effort to make it right but i still will not be doing business with this company in the future...

av8rstuff emailed me back after I responded to his rude email saying I was going to submit negative reviews about his rude email.
The first paragraph was a threat to sue me for slander and about how he had sued somebody before for slander and won some money. Then he went on to offer me all my money back and some free patches and admitted that his website was not up to date.
I responded that I did not want anything for free and I only wanted the money back for the two patches I did not receive.
Stay clear of this guy...
