Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Be aware of what do you sign, they offer me a free upgrade since they didn't have the economy car I prepaid and two weeks later they charge me $105.44. The charge was disputed with my bank, now Avis is sending me letters charging the money. I called Customer Service and their answer was that I sign the agreement and if I enjoy the car I have to pay. I trusted the good for nothing employeer and he lie to me right to my face. They lie and make you responsible of their lies. If you had the same experience please share with others. Do not rent cars from Avis, please read their reviews.

Hello Jim,
Thanks for taking your time to write. In my case it ready doesn't matter what the contract reads becuase it should never be one since I pre-paid my rental to avoid any conflict or time at the counter but I guess it didn't work. I know words don't mean anything between mans any more I believe what I was told and sign. This report is to make sure people like you don't fall with guys like the one who attended me that day. I'm not the only one who went thru this with Avis.

What did your contract say? That is what governs the price in this deal. That price should have been very plainly and very obvious to see! If YOU failed to read it, but you agreed to it with out knowing, who's fault is that? On the otherhand, if what you are being charged does not agree with or compute as per the contract, then you can put the matter into contest with your credit card company.
