We called to set up business account and establish relations with AW Meyer as a vendor for their annual tool festival. Unprofessional business practices, in particular Kevin Burkhardt needs training in proper telephone etiquette. No way to conduct business accusing customers and becoming insolent over "not providing the owner's name" - JIM who told us to call and create an account. Long Live Lowe's!!!
