I received a letter in the mail from ANC regarding a corporate announcement referring to an award #7824C in the amount of $1,000,000.00. It lists the name Jefferson P Williams as the Prize Director of this company. It stated in the letter "Kindly note that you MUST enclose the amount of $11.89 if securing this Premium Offer delivery when completing your SUBMISSION DOCUMENT for return to our offices. It also had a yellow CREDIT PURCHASE FORM attached as well for payment.

I decided to check on here as well to see if others was receiving this same letter as well and to find out that it was a scam/rip off.
