BA Contracting and Restoration of Arizona Turned my dream home rebuild into the fire bomb nightmare of the century Queen Creek Arizona

It all started Mothers Day at 10:00 am our house caught fire and was basically a total loss. After contacting our insurance company things got put into motion. The regular boarding up and things like that. After going through the steps of the insurance company we began the contractors nightmare.

Brian Brinkerhoff is the owner of BA Contracting and Restoration of Arizona, I think we saw him a total of 2 times. Well to make a long story short this is what I have been dealing with since the insurance company settled. First of all my in laws insured the house therefore this all falls in thier laps. They are in thier mid 80's and not in the best of health. This has aged they severly.

First there was a permit issue, then a building inspector issue, which neither occured permits were passed and so was inspection. to this date the contracting company was given all the insurance money and an additional eight thousand dollars out of the inlaws personal pocket. The house is less than 30% complete and not all the work has been completed to his contract, like 5 trusses not replaced the rear roof has a gap of a quarter inch or better and he has not replaced the tub and shower stalls as indicated so here we have fraud.

Now we have to pay for a high priced lawyer which we cannot afford and the inlaws are green sick and I am trying to help them the best I can. The whole world needs to know that BA Contraacting and Restoration of Arizona is a JOKE and Brian needs to pay up or be put out of buisiness. That is my goal as of today after the lawyers.
