I can't complain about the unit. I can't even get a quote. The guy in my area won't return my call. The next closest dealer is not in touch with the "UP to $2000.00 savings" this spring. The web site dealers in Pensacola and Biloxi are either out of business or no longer represent BB Buggies. Their Instinct is what I'm looking for, but after all this rigamoroe I'll look for another electric brand.
