I paid around $112.00 for two pairs of shoes for my trip to Hawaii, when I went back to the website to track my shipment, it said that it couldnt find my user name, so I re-created my account, then try to search via the order number that was given to me, except on their website there is no place to enter an order number. I emailed the company and they said that I only surfed their website and didnt make any purchase, I have proof that they charged my credit card. Stay away if you dont want to give away your hard earned money!!!! I even sent the order number and it was ignored.

I am the CEO of Barefootinc Pty Ltd in Australia. I have never heard of Ivan Chan and we are the exclusive distributors of Vibram, Inov-8, Zem and Skora in various countries. I will be passing this onto my lawyers tomorrow, as everything in this report and on this website (including the "i may have been too hasty" addition by the author) to be vague, misleading, unsubstantiated and possibly libellous. Not sure what the angle or the scam is in all this but I 'm not impressed.

I may have reacted too soon when I received an email from Ivan Chen, stating that I did not make any purchases with them. It looks as though someone with the intelligence to look up the order number responded this time and found my order, and also confirmed that my order is in the process of shipping and they will also in time have a tracking number. Their representative scared me into thinking that I had nothing to do with the order number that I sent. It looks as though the situation may be resolved. I will update the results, if and when I receive my shoes.
