I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, valued 59 GBP included shipment. Received shipment confirmation after payment but never received the item. Despite my repeated attemps to contact them through the website (no physical address nor email exist) I didn't receive any reply from them. The site is up and running.

This happened at the end of 2014 but at that time I didn't know where and how to address a compaint.

I've just discovered ripoffreport.com and I took the chance to make my misadventure public.
