Rip off report. Paid over $100 for an item on 10-5-17. It’s 12-7-17 and still no order or shipping confirmation. Contacted seller on 11-11-17, and seller said they would be shipping that same week with a shipping confirmation and gift. Still nothing and seller has stopped responding. Would still like item ordered or I want a refund. This was a potential Christmas gift with hard earned money.

Seller finally shipped out order, albeit after my bank set the motions of a chargeback. I’m ready to move on, but I’ll never trust an Instagram boutique again. Unsecure!
