When the movers arrived, they demanded $200 tip upfront or else they would not honor the move agreement. They stole 2 laptops, IPad 2, Bose noise cancelling headphones, and damaged a lamp. From hiring this company, I incurred a loss of over $7,000. Management will not answer my phone calls or emails.

Companies should not get away with this.
