Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I went to Beltsville Garage because it waa a local business that has been around for a long time. Without my authorization, Dennis added an oil change, tune-up, and a new battery to my unrelated repair, costing me about $600.00 more than I expected. He offered to take out the new battery and spark plugs - really?
I needed my car back and he had me over a barrel. At the time, I was being treated for breast cancer and had over $15,000. in medical bills. My tears did not move him (although it did move the receptionist, but she had no power). I will never, ever, go back there again

The customer was notified of all repairs needed, before any work was done. They always call to ask permission and gives estimates to each customer. They are always very professional and curtious. They have be around for many years and have always done right by me.
