Regarding the shipment you received i have your commets below where you told that you like the shirts and polos.

Your total shirts are 220 around and if there are 3 to 4 or may be 7 replacement its not mean whole shipment are garbage.

If your whole shipment are garbage please send them back and ask them to refund why you sell them already?

There was a agreement made between Berg International Pakistan and me. The invoice was created and sent to me. I fulfilled my part of this obligation. Umair Asghars part of this agreement was to complete this project in 2 weeks. It us 9 months later and I am just getting the remaining products and they are all incorrect. Size tags sewn in backwards its awrful. Berg international should not Ever be allowed to touch any other innocent hardworking person s money. They conduct bad business. They don't have any morals or values . They are dishonest and a bunch of thieves. Frankly, you can read this garbage that Saad Asghar just posted and determine for yourself how ignorant and foolish they are. I paid hard earned money November 10 2014 for a project that was supposed to be completed in 2 weeks which give or take would have been around the first week of December. Even the second week of December no product. Third week no product. It is July 10 and I receive products with holes in the sleeve. The wrong color print. Wrong fabric black shirts sewn with white thread poor craftmenship. No labels. . This is not acceptable. If you don't want to deal with idiots who lie and have fraudulent warranties on they're web Page. Please let my experience be a lesson to you. DONT DO BUISNESS with these people. I will allow them to continue to embarrass themselves by just speaking in front of the world and instead of being sorry they choose to be I G N O R A N T. I am Muhammad Saad Worked for BERG International for 4 years as a export manager.

In this time worked with arround 5o to 100 customers and they worked with me or BERG International like a brother.

We always worked like friends in BERG International we never faced any complain like this because our all customer are profissional and know how to work. But Kendra you never learned how to work thats our comapny bad who accept your order you runined our company goodwill because you never now how a goodwill work for a company simple you dont have your own company goodwill thats.

You are acting like a child Kendra who never now how to work or how to solve a problem.

 Umair Asghar is a deceitful liar. What was suppossed to be a 2week project has turned into a 6. Month fight. Mr asghar admitted to me again and again just last week that he still owes me product. I have been keeping a paper trail on him since we first started talking in October 2014. The products were supposed to be delivered in DEC 2014. It is June 2015 and He still has not finished giving me the rest of my products. I had a replicable company to complete my project because of Mr Asghar negligence. Umair Asghar here from berg internationa pakistan sialkot. i am very upset with this report because you never check with me about this report you only check with the buyer nor with supplier.

I sent all the goods to the buyer as per the commitment of me and kendra she asked she will take the complain back once i sent all the products to her in good condition. And i sent all the goods sucssefully.

Here are the tracking number of fedex which show the delivery attemp at the date of 02-31-2015 attach you also see the images of delivery.

I am gonna telling you from start about the problem.

Kendra place a order with us of 90 yellow shirts polyester 90 pieces of polo shirt and 30 sublimated shirts.

As per our agreemen i was failed to make them on time due to some problems but i update him on each and every step.

And when we did the embroidery i will show him a picture for approval the did not give me go head and asking me to refund my money. but i told him that this result is due to bad camera pixels but i did not stop the production and i show them all the images when they are completed but she did not reply me.

And after 2 months she come with me with ripoff report and it makes me worried that why she did this? but after some emails we agreed on that i will send him all the goods  and she will take the complain back. 

And when she received all the goods in 3 carton complete products i take the picture of parcels to i can show you later when you make your reply.

She passed the quality of t-shirts - polo shirts and also told me that the embroidery are good as compare to pictures i can also you show you a snap picture os this email to i have all the proofs.

And after getting all the products i asked him to take the complain back, she asked me i will not taking it back unless you pay me amount of the order this is really un understandable.

My question is if she want money then why she asked me to send the complete order and after getting the order she told me to send money also ? why she now black mailing me regarding this.

I know in every business ups and downs are come but thats not mean to stop working and black mailling the suppliers.

We are working here in Pakistan from last 10 years and also registered on Alibaba and we are premium suppliers of alibaba from last 4 years you can check with alibaba regarding my company they will told you about me and my company. 

My friend no one is perfect if i am failed to make my promise with him only then i am getting the punishment still and is it continued like this? is any one from there ripoff can help me out to get rid of this problem?

What about the Kendra who get all the goods and products i can also you show you images of invoice which show all the goods are delivered and sent complete and did not make his promise if i am failed to make my promise then kendra are also be punished  because she also broke the promise.
