Berks County Domestic Relation And Director Linda F Epes They can Lie, steal, and slander.. But they expect you to be honest or its off to jail! Reading Pennsylvania

I at the age of 39 had a child with a woman who had 3 others, they all lived at my house at one time or another, while we where together I paid every bill for all of them, even will the help of my mother paid for her 4 yr old to go to the best pre-school in the area cost $9600.. if you total all the bills, property damage and stolen property, this relationship has cost me over $60000... and now 2 years later after some health issues, and losing my job Linda F Epes staff member has the nerve to call me a deadbeat after I fell behing (I always paid something just not the full amount) for a couple of months... I resent that Linda F Epes and challange you in this public forum to see if I am a "dead beat"

8/3/07 find out my sons mother is still seeing Ex.. try to work it out for the kids "their just friends" 10/13/07 go to Germany to try to work out relationship, visit family for 2 weeks (her idea) 10/27/07 she decides after not getting her way to with the help of her 14 yr old son do $4000 worth of damage to a classic corvette that I plan on giving to my son...

I tell her at this point to leave she starts looking at houses.. of course she wants money I give it to her. but only if she uses it for child support when she leaves.. She says OK finds a house and around 11/12/07 I give her check for $2000 and write on it 20 weeks adavance child support the check clearly stats the date it was made.. however she did not move out of my house till 12/18/07 and I paid for everyone to stay there even though I moved out!

I get scamed again! telling me the mortgage person wanted for down payment purposes the check to be post dated so it does not look like a loan..
I did this by hand on the check, but again the check did not excist till 11/12/07.. and they did not move out till 12/18 I thought I could trust her but within 3 months get a letter from berks county domestic that she is seeking child support.. At the hearing of course they decided not to count one penny of the advance child support!!!!

At this point I had just quite a temp agency job though they paid good.. I needed surgery on my foot "for the 3rd time" and my ex had canceled my health insurance, illegally and without warning.. costing me another $4000..and I needed to either find a sitting job or go through a living hell standing.. but I needed a job with health insurance... as I sit here today 6/19/09 I finally had the surgery and I have a broken foot in 3 places and a pin in it! ( I was not fakeing this) as they insinuated

Berks county answer to this was to base my pay on what I was making, and not will I would be making even though I was limited to what I could do.. Later in court they told me to tough it out!!!

5/20/09 At hearing (which mt ex showed up with a hot shot phila attorney) we discussed other income I have. I own 3 rental properties and they do make some income.. so they figured that into the fake job they gave me to come up with the number!!

My problem with this is that rental properties have a lot of expenses.. the teachers make as much as me on these things... and though they used some they do not use vacancy, eviction cost, or maintenence in their calculations and trust me I have 2 deadbeat tenants right now just this month alone am out $1650 but everday is a perfact day in Linda F. Epes world..

Other issues that I brought up at this hearing where the amount of times my son spends with me, which has always been between 40% and 70% of the time.. (though I am not proud of many things I have done in my life I can say I have never said no to watching my son) this month I will have him 22 out of 30 days...

Linda F Epes crew when this was brought up.. said that because my parents (who are great) watch him part of the times so it does not count to pay less!
"he is not with you" to this I replied "neither is he with her" to this they replied "too bad that is our decision"

The woman must love you making decisions like that Linda Epps!!

Health insurance and medical cost also came up that day! and of course they never even criticised the ex for screwing me over when she canceled it! The way she did so I was not even available for (COBRA) they just picked it apart and gave me some off but not a lot, God forbid they would tell her to put me back on till I could get a job with it... Later when I sued her a*s in another county they did! 3 months and $1300 in legal fees later

Other then that I did not think the figure was real high since I am a frugal person I figured I would just pay it, after all I have not been too a mall in 3 years to go shopping and I have no desire to break my streak!

7/08 I already found a job I love it, though I don't make as much and its only 32 and not 40 hours I decide to try to get by! and Its working till the heater breaks at one of the rentals $1600 I am really broke.. and don't think its fair to pay child support on money I am not making! and I file ann appeal.. which Berks County Domestic website says will be within 4 to 6 weeks they send it back with a hearing set up for 5 months later (WOW AM I BROKE)

9/08 Things are really bad! Its just my luck.. Hub Tire comapany who I am now working for and love! is writeing me bad checks.. they are having trouble after being in buisness since 1959.. (thanks super Wall Mart) In the mean time I win in Montgomery county the ex must turn my health Insurance back on (by now I am out $8000 in out of pocket medical) that Linda F Epes could care less about sge just wants her money!!!!!

9/08 call domestic after I find out that Hub Tire did not pay my child support even though he took it out of my check.. and now I am $1300 beind, tell them I need help, and ask if they could speed the hearing up so we could work out a plan "they said no its my problem"

10/08 health insurance back on! now I must wait out a 6 month pre-existing condition period...

10/08 I can't find other work I saw nothing in the paper for a ("42 yr old salesman without a degree, who due to his ex's work and romance schedule can only work monday through thursday unless he takes his 3 yr old with him!
and also has a bad foot and can't stand) do you believe I could not find a better job Linda F Epes.. you said you would find one for me but you never called back!

11/08 or around Hub tire is paying here and there.. decide to just bite the bullet, and stay till the 6 months is up to get the operation.. Call domestic tell them that as per their web site (call us if you can't pay don't just not pay) and we will work someting out!

11/08 following their advice I call and say "I will pay you what I can" and explain again the situation! and I also ask them since I am behind if they are going to freeze my assests and lien me they said I am doing everything right I set up a hearing, and until that time nothing like that would happen!

Mind you this time I paid every month just not always the full amount..

2/09 or around, guess what Linda F Epes you or your staff lied to me! thats right your department is as low as any criminal! when a Government organazation can do too you, what would land you in jail if you did to them! your country is one step from sure destructon..(you ever read about Hitler and Stalin Linda F Epes) after you told me you would not, and I paid the full amount the previous 2 months and only weeks fromthe hearing you stole my bank account!

2/9 You never did answer to me why its OK for your staff to lie Linda f Epes only you said I "owed the money" so I should pay it! you also wanted to know why I had so much money $1300 in my account yet I did not pay, It's called a Mortgage and property taxes Linda F Epes you know that thing that pays 33% of your salary mine or $587 a month Linda F Epes that how much I pay so you can Lie too me, Don't forget Linda F Eppes my son is with more more then his mother is it OK if I keep my house Linda F Epes

2/9 Hub tire closes, I go on unemployment.. You want to see Governamentin action, the day after I signed I think I got a letter saying that my child Support was going to be paid before I got a penny! you know they can take up to 65%..

2/9 I make the mistake of allowing Hub Tire to pay me off the books for saturday and overtime.. big mistake Unemployment only $147 a month and child support is taking over half! I can't wait for hearing I'm sure they will see my Blight especially, since my health and employment issue where out of my control.. and that I always paid even if not all! and don't forget I have my son as much as his mother.. and also my parents are paying his pre-school and out of pocket medical to help.. 2/9 having trouble with State Unemployment office talk to a state Senator they where great, and helped a lot! He was appalled when I told him about your freezing my bank account and called you for me! You told him I was a deadbeat I owed it, and thats that! Wow what power you have Linda F Epes!

3/9 the day of the hearing, and I am sure a least you will lower it since I am 1,unemployed and making a fraction of what you projected!
2,have my son as much as his mother!
3,waiting for surgery then re-hab that was more my Ex's fault then anything for canceling my insurance and that I could have had done and still worked at

3/9 I LOSE!!!!!why I am still scratching my head.. You agreed that my income should be lowered! but then you just lowered My Ex's income so that it came out the same! When asked how you could do this since the law says you must work a 40 hr week, and my lazy, vacation addict, wife only works 24 your agent said because thats "my dicision"!!!

6/19 so here is my dicision Linda Epes, to spend a rainey saturday morning letting the world know about your dicisions.. Hoping that someday this mockery of justice might end! Common Sense! its the lack of thats wrecking the country and your part of that Linda F Epes!

3/9 Tell you to file an appeal for me! your dicision are wrong! from what I have read! talk to a number of lawyers since I hear that without one I will never win! they all say 2 things I might lose because common sense is not non for coming out at in Domestic Relations cases, and that the judges don't ever like too overturn the hearing officers dicishions, after all that eat luch with these people everyday.

3/9 they actually told me 3 things be prepaired to spend a couple thousand in legal fees to fight this! If I had this I would pay my child support! and they all said you know this! thats why you like to kick people when they are down we can't afford a lawyers so we have to just live with it!

5/9 I give up! where is the closest bankrutcy judge! I am now paying $382 a month child support on less then $1000 a month net income, while I sit here with a broken foot, and watch my son 22 days a month. thanks Linda F Epes for making my life a living hell.. While the Ex books her next trip to Florida you really have my sons best interest a heart!

Also I would like it pointed out that before you call me a deadbeat that you must know I broke up with my Ex for 6 months before.. and paid her more support then the court order (I was making more) but I never missed a payment.. everyweek I paid her! without the threat of prison as Linda F Epps uses. So don't you dare call me a deadbeat.. I am just going through a hard time, I don't know if you watch the news but things are bad out there Linda F Epes

In closing i would like to add that i have done enough research on shild support now to no their game, It all started as a failed attempt by the federal goverment to spend less on welfare.. It did not work welfare people will not work therefore they could not make money!

The Fed to do this told the states to start very active child support enforcement offices, and they would fund 66% percent of the office plus give the state part of a now half a billion dollar pool depending on how much they embezzle! Free money for the state politicions to spend anyway they want!

And for helping them throw the book, and hit people like me with the highest possible support payment possible and not but me in a tent at the park, the state politicians then give there friends the judges huge pay increases such as the one on 7/7/05 15% "just keep the cash rolling judges" I am not saying they don't care at all most judges I have met have been very fair, but this is a joke, and I think the money pool is why?

PS at the head of the PA child support web site says "doing whats best for the children" so let me ask you this Linda f Epes, My property is subdividable when they bring a sewer line through.. right now say my house is worth $250.000 and when I get the 2 lots divided off they will be worth $100 a piece. for a total of $450,000

would it not be in my sons "best interest" for you to work with me and my not so hard working vacationing taking ex... to make sure I don't lose this house while I mend and look for a job! you might be screwing my son out of $200,000 just so you can meet you quota, Please tell me Linda F Eppes how is this in my sons best interest?
