I was told a bike was in stock and then when I placed the order (and my credit card charged) told by Al Pierce the bike was not in stock. He ruined my kids Christmas and when I called he was arrogant and rude.

BestBikesUSA.com has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. They treated me like crap and I'm still trying to get my money back.
