I placed an order with this company on 7 September for a box set. I still have not recieved the order but the money was taken out of my account immediately.

I have tried to contact the company several times on e-mail but received only automated responses and in the case of the last e-mail more than a week ago, no response at all.

I hold no hope that I will receive my order but will mail them again to tell them that I have filed a report with you.
