I was surprised to see that I was charged a monthly $9.99 membership fee without any notice or known request to "join" or become a member. The agent was surprised I hadn't received any emails about the service. She was able to refund 2 out of the 9 months I paid before I got smart and checked into the recurring charge on my Visa card.
