bought a computor 3/25/13. installed their advised security.and virus(multiple} was found on my softwear that i didn,t didn,t download. it interfered with pc,s function. iwas told that the security they set me up with was,nt 100% and that i would have to buy a restore disc. how did multiple virus get on my computor when they told me ther security program was the best when i bought the pc? am 70 yrs old and don,t have alot of money. shame on bestbuy.
