Terrible service, and for everybody's information out there the only reason why people are posting good reviews is because they offer an incentive, a "free gift" to any reviewer who gives them a high score. The "accounts manager" Micky is the worst, I had to call several times just to get a hold of him and after I voiced my discontent he refused to answer my call. The camera I purchased is fine, however, all the free additional offers such as lens filters and the "deluxe kit" I never received regardless of the fact that it is printed on my receipt. I will never use this online vendor again.
