Beyond Fitness, as a company, is extremely unprofessional with lack of customer consideration. On the occasions in which I need to speak with a customer service representative, they were very uninformative, smug and plain rude! The trainers were fairly good when service was available, but very rarely punctual. Recently, I relocated from Utah to a location where their services are not currently offered and need to break my contract...and it was the biggest hassle! It was one of the most incompetent and unprofessional business transactions I have ever completed. If anyone is considering becoming a customer of Beyond Fitness, I urge you to please reconsider!

I realize what the contract stated, and I provided that information to the company. However, that has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the poor and ineffective customer service. The employee that provided the rebuttal to my complaint should have read it FIRST, prior to providing a statement.

Proof of relocation

If you look at your cancellation policies it states that you just have to provide proof of relocation such as a new lease or utilities bill and they have to cancel you. This information is located on the back of the contract you signed and also on a handout you get when you first meet your trainer.
