I, sent a $550 necklace to this company all in one piece, and i receive a check for $18 and i call the company and ask for my necklace back, and the lady that i spoke to said for me to send the check back, and when i receive the item back it was broken in many pieces, and some was crumbled, i than call the company to report the condition of the necklace, and i was told to contact the post office, because it was not there fault. thank you
