I received an email about a HR administrative position. The company was offering $85000 per year, but first told me I needed to obtain a certificate from the company. I'm order to obtain this certificate, I would have to pay $8.95. I thought this sounded a bit shady so I started to investigate this company. I have read several stories of this company doing this to other people that, like me, are serious job seekers.
