bidmacs.com told me I would have a refund within 15 business days now twenty days and no money Internet

I signed up with bidmacs, they charged me 149.99 for a bid pac even thogh I didn't order it. I let it go as I wanted to try their service. When I realised it was a ripoff I called for a refund as they advertised you could do this. I was given a confirmation number and told it would be up to 15 business days to get it. It's now been twenty days and when I call their number I'm told to leave a number and message. I've done this several times and to date no return call and no money. It's such a mickey mouse company I'm sure they're going broke and I'll never get my money
