Beware !! Bill Campbell is a fraud !! He first befriends his neighbors and then talks them into investing with his firm. It is all a scam, he had his license taken away years ago but still practices in a fake office that he has on Highway 49 in Auburn. He has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from many many people.
