I rented my private, individual property to a Steve Pascal, 555 Saturn Blvd., Suite B, San Diego, CA 92154, he indicated he lives in Mexico. I would advise landlords in the Tahoe area to avoid at all costs renting your property to this individual.

 There is nothing to collect or any legal issue. It was a simple honest error, the rental security deposit was paid in full. Steve Pascal is playing loose with the truth, when the error was brought to my attention, it was resolved. My company had nothing to do with this matter as Pascal has lead readers to believe.

It was my private individual property, yet he harassed my employees, called other businesses and slandered my name and company over an oversight on my part of which I was solely responsible. When I rented to Pascal he stated that he "Hates People” although I made an honest mistake, I regret renting to Pascal as his hatred of people has been directed at me and my company for an honest error that was resolved.

I respectively reached out to Pascal a couple of days ago and ask to please remove the blogs, he refused and proceeded to personally attack my character even farther. I do not know this person and he does not know me. I would caution anyone to avoid renting your property to Steve Pascal to avoid his wrath.

 Steve Pascal rented my downstairs for a couple of months last Summer. His security deposit was refunded in full, less the cost of cleaning. It was brought to my attention later that an honest and unforeseeable error had occurred, I take full responsibility for the error and resolved it once it was brought to my attention.

t is unfortunate in our world today that good people can be slandered on the internet for an honest error. As a result of my renting my home to Mr. Pascal, I have been harassed, my business and my employees have been harassed and my reputation as well as my business’ reputation has been smeared and tarnished.

It would be very easy to publish details of my experience renting to Mr. Pascal but I will take the high road and accept responsibility. Please do not let Mr. Pascal’s report be a reflection on my character or my business. As a result I no longer rent my downstairs.
