Their products don't work. The ink does not even come out of the pens I was sent to repair scratches; it was dried up. Then, when I called to see what the company could do about it, they don't have live agents or voice mail, just an automated line to order products.

The "revolutionary" pen??....touch up paint...at any autoparts store..

The "revolutionary" invention that absorbs liquids?? Zorbez?.....a chamois "towel", been around forever.

Jupiter Jack..."works with ANY phone in ANY car"...not by a long shot...

"Mighty putty"....2 part epoxy..you could find that stuff at the 99 cent store..

The list goes on. Billy was a great pitchman (R.I.P)..but that's what he was..a pitchman paid to sell a bunch of crap on TV...nothing revolutionary at all....just hardware store crap.

Problem with being suckered into buying these typical products on TV..good luck returning it when it does not work as promised..or when you realize it was a ripoff.

Much better off buying from a legitimate retailer...who will refund or exchange defective CRAP if it doesn't work as promised.
