BitBop.com BitBop does not fullfill promises yet keeps your money Internet, Internet

BitBop advertises that it offers movies; it does not. You cannot determine the facts without signing up for the $10 per month service. They promise a refund within ten days if you are not satisfied. Once I determined that they don't offer the services promised, I cancelled in three days.

One month later, I still don't have my refund. My complaints to PayPal, the firm that issued my MasterCard, were ignored and denied. PayPal says my beef is with BitBop, not them and they are only following MasterCard's rules. MC, naturally, says my beef is with the merchantant and with PayPal.
