Bitplastic touts iteself as offering a mechanism for providing a debit card to access bitcoin in an account. It issues a prepaid debit card. To fund the card, bitcoins must be transferred to and electronic address provided by bitplstic. I transferred funds per instructions. Transfer was verified via Blockchain. Money did not appear in the account even though Bitplastic has the funds. No response to emails or support requsts to track funds or correct account other than an autoresponder.
