We have uncovered a deaeth of evidence that Jeffrey Howard of Black Diamond Capital Partners Ltd out of Canada and Formerly COO of the now defunct BNP-Ovesco is not Jeffrey Howard at all. His true name is Allen Asseo formerly of the Wilkinson Peabody Scam Group of Companies. Howard Asseo uses the completely made up names of staff members on both the Wilkinson site and the BNP Ovesco site. Do a google search of cached pages for both sites and see for yourself. Our investigator could not find any proof that any more than one or two of them were actual people. He could uncover no evidence using all information provided by Jeffery Howard that that name is anything more than an alias as well. 

Howard (Asseo) claims to live on Hilton Head Island however there is no evidence in public records to suppirt this claim. Asseo however can be found residing in the very same community that Howard claims to live in. We called several of the companies the Howard claims to have funded or in in the process of funding and could find no one at any of these compnies to substantiate any funding or any confidence that fudning is imminnet, We contacted the Hard Rock Group whom Howard claims recived millions in funding from BNP OVesco. Hard Rock told our investgator that they paid Howard a feee but recieved no funding and have demanded he cease and desist using thier name in his press releases. Every instance of funding or imminent funding by Howards groups are only  supported by Howards internal press releases and notihng more.

Checks with the Nevada secretary of State show the BNP_Ovesco is owned by Blackstone Capital which is shown to be owned by none other than Allan Asseo as is Black Diamond. 

Google searches will show that Howard (then Asseo) took hundreds of thousands of dollarss in fees from a Mr Williiam Pitts to finance an amusement park in Florida called Steamboat City Mr Pitts informed us the Asseo gave the same exact pitch Howard gave to us and disappeared with his money once paid. A newspaper photo of Asseo proviided by Pitts from several years ago shows a younger but very very close resemblance to the now older howard. 

Do the math. Do the Simple google searches SAVE YOUR MONEY. This man is very well versed at what he does. He will use all his knowledge and expertise to seperate you from your money and he will not now as he never has deliver any funding.
