John Broome at Blaise Alexander is the most unprofessional person you could ever deal with in attempting to purchase an auto. He is a slick dude who will try to rob you blind and use every technique in the book on you. He insulted my family and I when we made an inquiry and was handling the "turn over" when we were dealing with another sales rep. When we pointed out that we understand the technique he is using he became enraged and started using profanity and told us to leave. Until this guy is shown the door himself, avoid buying anything from Blaise Alexander.
