Ok so he says Jarrod (The guy who wrote the report)has a criminal background. I checked the link and it looks as if he does. However I don't and I had a similar experience with Blake Cozzens. My grandpa went with me to apply for an apartment here. He mad one simple comment that the guy didn't like. So the guy yelled at him to leave and my grandpa trying to explain himself. As he really did nothing wrong. Just had the guy saying that because of that he would call the cops on us. He said he didn't want to rent with either of us because he didn't want to have to deal with him. All my grandpa even said is he thought it was a rip off to pay a $30 application fee if they turned us down. I think it's a generational thing because nowadays that is common. But her seriously meant no harm. The guy was rude and insensitive and overreacted excessively. I would never even walk in there again, let alone rent with them. He strikes me as someone who has never had to deal with difficult people.(Because my grandpa may be difficult but he's not really that difficult.) DO NOT waste your time.

I don't know Jerrod Robker from High School. I had someone break their lease who is employed at his company and obtained a judgement against his company for failure to comply with the wage garnishment.
