Never received my blinds. Company will not answer emails. Finally reached someone after calling many days, they said they were out of business. However, they will not give a refund, said to contact my credit card company. Company appears to still be taking orders on their website. This company has a un-satisfactory record with the florida BBB. I am contacting the Florida Attorney Generals Office. This company operates other websites, and has many different names and phone numbers in Florida, so beware if you order blinds from any company in Florida until you check them out.

Refund from my bank beware they are still accepting orders!

I finally recieved a refund from my bank. This company is still in operation as of today February 21, 2006 I ordered my blinds from
blindfactoryoutlet.com in December. In January they told me they went out of business. However they are still accepting orders on their website. today I got on their website and they are having a valentine days sale at 15% off and still taking orders.
