Blue Diamond Pool and Spa llc Court says pay up Old Hickory Tennessee

I contracted with Blue Diamond to put a pool in my yard in 2011. Willaimson County would not approved the permit because of septic lines. Blue Diamond refused to refund my 10k deposit.
It is now 2103. I have taken Jeff Slaughter, owner of Blue Diamond Pools to small claims court in Davison County. The court filed in MY favor and ordered him to pay back the 10k.
Jeff Slaughter/ Blue Diamon Pools have ignored the court order. To this date no money has been refunded and they are in my opinion in contempt of a court order.
