My Beatles album has been returned and Jim Hansen has done a beautiful job.

Funny how Mr.Hansen distorts the truth.

I waited a full 6 months before inquiring on the outcome...only to be put off.  The bluejayway galleries never answers their phone..try it...***-***-****.

Regardless, I am not here to debate their lies.

They took my money...

They cannot provide proof of delivery....

They will not refund my money or return my property....

This constitues criminality on their part...

A perfect example of a pathalogical liar.

He claims  all over the internet that he has a 'fast' turn-a-round...two weeks.

Again, it's been 3 years now and still, he has my money and my album.

He's now threatened me with an attorney and wanted me to send the name of my attorney, I assume because he's such a chicken s***, he's afraid to confront me man to man.

So I called my attorney and had him intervene...guess what?  His attorney doesn't even exist.

Still, I stand by my initial report.

Blue Jay Way Records is a front for Criminals to hide behind, operate and steal from innocent folks.

They've said it was on its way....

This is complete and utter nonsense. The gentleman submitting this report conveniently avoids mentioning the following information....

1. The communications between the two parties via internet were 1/29/13, 1/31/13, 4/5/13, 4/24/13,4/18/13, 7/17/13,6/4/14, 5/2/15 and 5/30/15. In each and every communication, including the sole communication in 2014, the customer was advised of the following....

2. There is an enormous tear out at the lower right hand corner of the cover. We have spent the last 2 years, since correctly peeling the cover, in seeking a patch of the correct size, color and plant # in order to repair that spot. In Each communication with the customer, this information was reinforced.

3. The customer contacted us in June, 2014 and was advised once again of the above. He next contacted us on May 2, 2015, almost One Year later. Because I did not respond to him within 24 hours, being overseas, he filed this report. 

4. When contracted to peel his cover, the customer tried to short us on the fee by sending us 1/2 our nomal fee, presumably hoping that we wouldn't notice.

The directors of this site might want to verify the truth of the horse droppings being posted to this site before allowing people to libel other people in public.
