PPL is my electric company. Townhouse uses gas heat. No changes whatever in my usage. Signed for Blue Pilot, which states no cancellation fee, fixed rate etc etc. Monthly bills for the previous months are $43, 50, 70, 87, and this month $176...No way! And don't blame it on the weather or holiday lights.
